Exploring Science through Coding and Creativity
As part of EU Code Week, teachers who are NSC members of Science on Stage North Macedonia organized a variety of activities combining coding, robotics, and natural sciences. Throughout the week, students participated in different hands-on projects. In one activity, they used sensors to measure environmental factors such as temperature and pH, learning how to collect and analyze data in real time. Another activity focused on robotics, where students programmed sensors to simulate how robots respond to changes in their surroundings.
Additionally, students practiced mathematical concepts by creating geometric designs on grid paper, which they later programmed and animated using the Let's Code Microbit platform. These activities fostered a creative and interactive environment, helping students connect science, technology, and coding while enhancing their problem-solving skills.
