The project and the authors

Whether for teaching at home or for differentiated instruction in the classroom, explanatory videos offer a helpful supplement for teachers, allowing them to show experiments and scientific phenomena.

Science on Stage Germany invited primary teachers from all over Europe to participate in a project on the development of explanatory and experiment videos. The topic of the videos is "Save our nature".

Together, teachers from nine countries developed these teaching materials over the course of two years. They include learning videos on environmental topics for primary school that encourage both inquiry-based learning and provide explanations for phenomena. Additional materials and instructions accompany the videos.
