#sons2026: The host country has been selected

Exciting news: We can finally reveal the host country of our overall 14th European Science on Stage festival: Lithuania! The member country will welcome teachers from across Europe to the city of Klaipeda in May 2026 to host the educational event at the local university.

Preparations are already underway, with key decisions taking shape—including the selection of the festival’s official logo:

The festival is organised by Science on Stage Lithuania, in collaboration with the Lithuanian Agency for Non-Formal Education, Klaipeda STEAM Center, and the Ministry of Education, Science, and Sport of the Republic of Lithuania, at Klaipeda University.
