SonS Switzerland: Take a workshop to your country

After an introduction to the activities of Science on Stage, the participants were able to discover and experiment with the activities of the Simple Machine project from Delphine Schumacher and Grégory Chatton in the gymnasium of the HEP (Haute école pédagogique de Fribourg). This workshop was also the perfect opportunity to discover the mathemagics of Jean-Baptiste Aubin (INSA-Lyon), lecturer at the Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon. He presented his best magic tricks from the Turku Festival 2024, which fascinated the participants. Simple machine was one of the Swiss projects in Turku.

The workshop ended with an aperitif, where participants enjoyed a convivial exchange of views on the activities presented and on the next national festival, which will take place in Switzerland in November 2025.
