Quantum Computing in STEM Education: First project meeting
How can the topic of quantum computing be communicated effectively to secondary school students? This question was addressed by 20 teachers in Berlin last weekend (16 to 18 of February). The participants, who had travelled to the German capital from a total of 15 different countries, are part of the latest Science on Stage Germany project, which is being carried out in collaboration with the Wilhelm and Else Heraeus Foundation.
Over the upcoming months, the teachers will work in teams to develop tried-and-tested teaching materials on quantum computing in STEM lessons, which will then be made available digitally and free of charge here on our website.
